The owners are the nicest people alive. The resort is calm, beautiful, a pure slice of heaven. The cabins are so nice, clean and well-stocked with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Truly a bummer to ever have to leave!
My husband is having the best time ever. He says the place is beautiful & very relaxing. The management went above and beyond to surprise my hubby for our anniversary since we were apart this year! I have never experienced this kind of service!
Our family loves going to Island View Resort! It is truly a very special place. John and Lisa are excellent hosts that make us feel right at home and take good care of during our stay. The lake is great to fish whether it be out in a boat, or right off the dock! We look forward to hopefully visiting again in the fall! Our son is now the 4th generation to fishing on Pelican! What a gift!
It's such a peaceful place to stay! The Matthews are wonderful hosts! The cabins are always so well maintained and the dock not is always willing to lend a hand!
The resort was great! Our cabin had plenty of space and everything we needed. The grounds were well kept and pleasant. The staff was also incredible, very friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back.
