Cabins were good, fishing was great, the owner John is a stand up guy. If only the rain would stop..
They had a wide variety of fun games if you needed to pass the time, but with fishing, swimming, going on walks, and visiting local places like the bear sanctuary, there wasn't much time for it! And of course the ducklings were so much fun to watch. The owners and frequent campers were also always willing to pass on their favorite fishing spots and methods.
We stayed during the summer of 2016 and had a wonderful and relaxing time. The owners were very nice and were always around if you needed them but appreciated your privacy and weren't on top of you. They were very welcoming and also gladly welcomed our dogs.
Family friendly, very casual atmosphere. Lots of activities from Frisbee golf to pinball games in the lodge. Kayaks, canoes, and paddle boards included in the cost. The owners, John and Carol, were very welcoming and felt like the neighborhood welcome wagon. Nice place to visit.
The cabin we stayed in was cozy and comfortable though the shower was a little small. It had a well supplied kitchen and plenty of room for the 5 of us and our 3 large dogs.
The owners are so kind and accommodating. Pet friendly. Clean and well stocked camper. Very cute decor. Couldn't have asked for better!
