Customer service was horrible! Even though I made it clear I was on vacation, no sense of urgency to try to get it done in a reasonable time.
In the area on vacation and ended up needing a fuel pump for my Dodge Dakota.

Left a tire with them that needed a " PATCH". Came back 20 minutes later to 4 worm plugs sticking out of the tire. They didn't do what I asked and still cost 70 bucks. Oh and the plugs didn't hold air.
I ended up catching a ride home with friends only to have to drive 3 hours back up to Orr after 8 days to finally get my truck back. That's eight days to replace a fuel pump!! To be positive they did fix it right after taking eight days to do it.
Had some good service and some bad service. Swapped a tranny on my Saab, noticed a loose starter bolt. Asked them to see why my truck wouldn't shift into overdrive, they couldn't figure it out. Here it was just a speed sensor. Girlfriends car wouldn't start. They test for compression and said there was none and the car was junk, other mechanic noticed the timing chain had jumped and they had to rebuild engine. Just my experience but I wouldn't even get my blinker fluid changed here. I'll give it two stars because I've heard of good work they've done in the past.
