Thank goodness she did, because renters had left several things in the house, some worth keeping, some things that required disposal. The buyers at first were a bit upset, but Deena smoothed it all out between everyone.

For example, when the house closed, the buyers agent didn't bother to go up to represent her client. I, the seller, didn't have go up there as I had already signed the documents and Title was depositing my proceeds for me. But Deena wasn't comfortable with the buyers not having representation at the final inspection/closing, so she drove several hours up there and back, to make sure the buyers were happy and that the closing was smooth.
I would recommend Deena 100%. She excels in every way.
